*Kindergarten – To receive the full tuition amount of $6,500 for your kindergarten student you must apply with STO’s (Student Tuition Organization) listed in our “Partner Organization” below. ESA only funds ½ day kindergarten at approx. $4500 annual. STO’s will completely fund your kindergarten student.
All FCA students receive 100% of their tuition paid through the Arizona ESA program.

Qualifications for STO
Applicant is an Arizona resident and meets the household 2024-2025 income qualifications not to exceed the following amounts.
ESA
1st – 8th grade students should apply with ESA. (All Arizona residents qualify to receive full tuition through ESA) https://www.azed.gov/esa
9th-12th Grade can either apply with multiple STO’s or ESA but not both.
